Project Heartburn is back with more music, more vendors, and more food! On April 16th, United Way of Lea County will be hosting its 2nd Annual Project Heartburn. Starting at 10am you will see performances by M School of Dance and Music, The Hobbs High School Taskervitch Band, and the Justin Kemp Band. This fundraising event will provide fund for the Hobbs Schools Crisis Fund, supporting those students that struggle with housing insecurities.This is an open event and all are welcome to attend.  Contact us at 575-964-3040 or by email: campaign@uwolc.org

Bring your basket and visit the Easter Bunny! This event will start at 9:00 AM and will be divided into age groups! 1-2 year olds 3 years - Kindergarten 1st grade - 2nd grade

Southwest Association will be having a Stone Carving Workshop hosted by David Sadler. The workshop will be instructed by Dale Tsosie and Cliff Fragua on April 29th, April 30th and May 1st.   This class costs $300 and is limited to only 25 participants. Register @ swstonecarving.com

Due to the surge in COVID cases, the staff and board of directors at CASA OF LEA COUNTY has decided to postpone the 10th Annual Boots & Bling Gala Event at the Hobbs Country Club. CASA officials ask all those involved to “save your seat” as sponsors and donors for the event. Call 393-0015 for sponsorship information!   The wait is over. Our 10th Annual Boots & Bling Gala has a date: April 30th, 2022. The party is back so mark your calendars and start shopping for the perfect outfit.
