Family Fun Day – Red or Green

Come help us celebrate our state’s official question: “Red or Green?”, and learn about all things chile peppers! Participants will be designing their own aprons to take home and putting together a chile recipe book! They will also make origami peppers and have an opportunity to speak to the New Mexico Chile Association, who will be on hand to with a display of chile pods, plants, seeds, and great information!

All Star Day at the CORE
