Back to the 80’s

Back to the 80’s tells the story of the senior class of William Ocean High School, as remembered through the eyes of Corey Palmer.  Throw in a Star Wars dream sequence, high-energy dance routines, the obligatory 80s party scene, copious amounts of blue eyeshadow, twenty cans of hairspray, as well as some of the most popular songs ever written, and the result is a musical that will delight and amuse audiences of any age.  Performances Times - May 13, 14, 20, 21 @ 8:00 PM Performance Time - May 15 @ 2:00 PM (Sunday)

2nd Annual ATK Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Steampunk Family Fun Day

The Museum will be FREE all day as we celebrate the final weekend of Discover Steampunk. Join us for demonstrations and activities. You'll be able to build automated creations and decorate Steampunk themed trinket boxes. The first 50 families will receive a FREE 3D wooden steampunk airship puzzle! Xcel Energy will be on hand with their electric arc demonstration from 11am-1pm. We will also be joined by members of the Permian Basin Steampunk Society who will be running a costume contest for all ages at 2pm in the theater. They will also be holding a Q&A session immediately after. Hobbs Public Library – Andy Mason – Musician

Andy Mason tickets are NOW available at the Circulation Desk! You will need tickets to watch a pre-recorded show in our Public Meeting Room on Thursday, June 9th at 2:00pm. We have watched it and it’s great! Also, if you can not make it in to the library, you will be able to view it from our Facebook page. We hope to see you there!
