Save the date for this year's annual City of Hobbs Tree Lighting Ceremony! As is tradition, the TLC will be held the first Saturday of December in Downtown Hobbs! The City of Hobbs holds the event to encourage togetherness and unity in our community, and we can't wait to gather with you again! If you have a business you would like to participate, stay tuned for our Call for Vendors to start signing up! Proceeds of this event will support the Hobbs Fire Department Toy Drive to bring presents to children in our local community - all gifts stay local. All are encouraged to bring toys, clothes, and monetary donations to help us light up children's smiles! Get into the festive groove at NMJC's Community Band Concert, 'An Afternoon of Jingle Jubilee'! Join us on December 3rd at the Lea County Event Center Banquet Hall starting at 3 PM. Embrace the holiday spirit with music that will make your heart sing!  

Featuring Mariachi Juvenil Aztlan and University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Ballet Folklorico. Tickets available at: Hobbs Hispano Chamber of Commerce, Lea County State Bank, La Esperanza and at the door.
