4th Annual Lea County Tricks & Treats

Stop by for sweet treats, yummy food, carnival games, live music, and haunted house! Entry to the event is free! There will be an admission charge for the haunted house. Local 4-H Clubs and Non-Profit Organization Carnival Games will be $0.25 to $1.00 per game. Local food vendors will be on-site selling food as well! *Admission to the Lea County Haunted House is $1.00 and entry will be from 7pm to 9pm only. The haunted house is NOT recommended for children under the age of 13.*

City of Hobbs Recreation Halloween Carnival

Make sure to add this long standing event to your weekend plans! ???? Doors open at 12:00pm, over 40 booths will be waiting for you, and the costume contest starts at 3:00pm. ???? Please bring small bills and quarters to help our booths out. All booths are CASH ONLY. Costume contest for all age groups at 3:00 pm. Call 575.391.9291 for more information.

CORE Halloween Spooktacular

Booths, Touch a Truck, Spook Alley, Treats, Music. Free Admission.   3:00 pm - All Activities Begin 4:00 pm - Pie Throwing Fundraiser Begins 4:30 pm - Pet Parade & Costume Contest 5:00 pm - No Carve Contest Winners Announced 5:30 pm - Pumpkin Drop 6:00 pm - All Activities Conclude   Please bring your own bag for candy. We are also a safe stop and this event is free and open to the public!????????

The Wizard of Oz presented by HHS Fine Arts Department

HHS Fine Arts Department presents The Wizard of Oz November 9th at 7pm, November 10th at 7pm, November 11th at 7pm, and November 12th at 2pm. Tickets are available online for $10 each. The show features over 70 HMS students in grades 3-12th and is fun for all ages!

Flag Retirement Ceremony Scouts BSA

We invite the public to join the Lea County Scouts as we honor our veterans, past and present, living and deceased, as we retire our beloved US Flags. The main ceremony will begin at 2:30 p.m., followed by multiple small retirements. Everyone is welcome to attend.
