The City of Hobbs is proud to announce our Schedule of Events for the 2024 Independence Day Celebration! Please notice the addition of a concert to this year’s celebrations as we grow this event to be bigger and better every year!

 Schedule of Events:

 3:30 p.m. – Parking/access to Hobbs Industrial Air Park (HIAP) runway opens
 4:30 p.m. – Activities begin at Harry McAdams Park (water slides, games, food vendors, and more!)
 4:30 p.m – 5:30 p.m. – DJ Lino Dee at HIAP
 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. – 2 Grey GOATS (strings and vocals) at HIAP
 6:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. – Grupo Yndio Norteño Band at HIAP
• 7:00 p.m. – Water slides close down
 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. – Justin Kemp Band at HIAP
 8:15 p.m. – Movies Under the Stars begins, featuring The Sandlot
 9:05 p.m. – Fireworks Display
 9:30 p.m. – Vehicles cleared from runway/movie resumes
